Damages / Defects
Claims of damaged goods must be reported 7 days of receipt. A description and image of the damaged/defected item must be sent to smart applications.tg@gmail.com
Returns
Should you wish to return damaged goods, send an email to smart applications.tg@gmail.com notifying us of your concern and we will discuss your return. Refunds will be issued once product is received in the original packaging with a proof of payment.
